How many times a week do you train?

We train 3 times a week.

Monday 6.00 pm – 7.30 pm  Gups and Dans

Wednesday 5.45 pm – 6.45 pm provisional black belts and Dans.

Friday 5.00 pm – 5.45 pm Karate Kids

6.00 pm – 7.00 pm Tigers, Gups and Dans.
