Tai Chi or “grand ultimate” brings together the calm mind of meditation, the energy cultivation of qi gong and the power of effective self defence into one beautiful seamless movement.

Senior students incorporate Tai Chi into their martial program as the first step in the transition from hard to soft that is the Tang Soo Tao ethos.

It is an art form in itself that dedicated practitioners can benefit from now and into the future. Long after the hard physical training is finished a martial artist will still enjoy, develop and benefit from their Tai Chi practice.
