It’s not until you sit quietly to calm the mind that you realise just how much inner chatter is going on.

Without mental clarity it is difficult to complete even the simplest of tasks, let alone those that are really important or meaningful.

Every Tang Soo Tao class begins and ends with meditation. By repeatedly following a proven formula, students relax, focus and breathe, slowly transforming the inner chatter into single minded concentration.

Like all essential life skills, meditation requires guidance, commitment and practice. With those ingredients even the most difficult things becomes achievable.
