Our training utilises many methods of mind and body control related to ancient oriental and buddhist cultures.
It are those cultures that have handed down the time tested systems that students of Tang Soo Tao come face to face to in their training careers.
You can visit our training area at the Wanguri Primary School and see people training in Tang Soo Tao at all levels of competency, although you may not really appreciate the “feeling” or “the way” (Tao) of that training until you actually give it a try!
